rooms are usually booked well in advance by our guests.
To avoid
disappointment and to secure your stay with us, please send
us your reservation request at least two days before your arrival.
You can
email your request to us or call us at (65)-6299-1314. Alternatively,
you may also fax your request to us at (65)-6299-1355. Please
indicate your full name, date/time of arrival as well as the
type of room you wish to stay in. It will also be helpful if
you could let us know how many days you intend to stay with
us.
Please note
that room availability is subject to demand. If the type of
room you requested is not available, Asia Star Hotel will assign
you a room of similar size and rate.
